The City of St. Joseph, Missouri is seeking proposals from qualified vendors to operate as the Fixed Base Operator (FBO) at Rosecrans Memorial Airport, located at 190 NW Rosecrans Road, St. Joseph, MO 64503. Proposals will be received by the Purchasing Agent of the City of St. Joseph until 4:00 P.M. on June 2, 2025.
