The City of Daytona Beach is seeking proposals from qualified respondents with industry knowledge, local expertise, and essential resources needed to convert Fire Station One into a fully equipped sit-down restaurant(s) and lounge establishment.

The historic Fire Station One is located at 301 Beach Street in Daytona Beach. This 100-year-old building, with its rich heritage and unique architectural features, offers an exceptional canvas for conversion into a vibrant full-service restaurant.
