Williamson County, Texas, herein “the County”, seeks to establish contracts to provide fire alarm, suppression systems, backflow, fire extinguishers, fire retardant applications, and other safety systems testing, inspection, and maintenance services for Williamson County’s owned premises. The County seeks to award to multiple contractors, principal provider, and back-up provider(s), on an “as needed” basis for fire and safety maintenance services, inspection and testing from this single solicitation. Respondents do not need to provide all service listed or service all of Williamson County Facilities Management premises.
