REQUEST FOR PROPOSAL (RFP) RFP: Fire Department Pavement Rehabilitation Project

General:

The City of Claremont, NH (hereafter referred to as the “CITY”) invites qualified firms to submit proposals for the Fire Department Paving Rehabilitation Project (hereafter referred to as the “CONTRACTOR”). The scope of work section of this document will cover the project's details.

Instructions:

Proposals must be submitted in a sealed envelope no later than 9:00 A.M. EST on Friday, February 7, 2025, c/o City Manager’s Office, City Hall, 58 Opera House Square, Claremont NH 03743. The envelope must be clearly marked “Fire Department Pavement Rehabilitation Project” Proposals will be opened publicly at that time. Any unsealed, late, emailed, or faxed proposals will not be accepted.

CONTRACTORS submitting proposals are responsible for being familiar with the City of Claremont and the project requested.
