RFP #2023-19 - Financial Services

The purpose of this request for proposal is to secure the services of a qualified financial institution to provide state of the art banking and cash management services for all of its funds not restricted by law or bond covenants. The City needs a full-service banking institution that has the capacity and ability to provide all of the City’s banking requirements. In addition, this request would also select a qualified firm to provide an automated accounts payable solution to the City to pay its vendors and/or suppliers and purchasing card/credit card services.
