Project: (RFP2025-12) Fencing Contractor Services – Outdoor Pickleball Courts

Owner:  Barrow County Board of Commissioners

Sealed proposals will be received by the Barrow County Board of Commissioners, Winder, Georgia, for fencing contractor services – outdoor pickleball courts.

Proposals will be received in the office of the Barrow County Board of Commissioners, County Clerk’s Office, at 30 North Broad Street, Winder, Georgia 30680, until 2:00 PM (“Local time”), Thursday, October 24, 2024.

Any proposals received after said time and date will not be considered by Owner.  Proposals will be opened in the Historic Courthouse Commission Meeting Room at the above address at 2:00 p.m. (Local Time), Thursday, October 24, 2024.  All proposals will be evaluated and project will be awarded, if it is awarded, within 60 days of the proposal openings.

Barrow County Parks & Recreation will offer an on-site optional pre-proposal conference which will be held at the Barrow County Parks & Recreation Department Offices, 175 2 ^nd Street, Winder, GA 30680 on Tuesday, October 15, 2024 at 9:00 am. Proposers are highly encouraged to attend but not required to attend to be eligible to submit a Response

Each proposal must be submitted in a sealed envelope addressed to the Owner.  The sealed envelopes containing the proposals must be plainly marked with “RFP2025-12 Fencing Contractor Services – Outdoor Pickleball Courts.”  If a proposal is forwarded by mail, the sealed envelope containing the proposal must be enclosed in another envelope to the attention of the Owner at the address previously given and also plainly marked as shown above with the applicable RFP number and description.

Owner reserves the right to waive any informality or to reject any or all proposals, to evaluate proposals, and to accept any proposals which, in its opinion, may be in the best interest of the Owner.  No proposal will be rejected without just cause.
