RFP FACILITY-WIDE SECURITY VIDEO SURVEILLANCE EQUIPMENT AND SUPPORT SERVICES

Project Description: The Transit Authority of River City (TARC) is seeking proposals from qualified contractors to provide a complete, turn-key Video Surveillance Camera System (CCTV) across three TARC campuses located at:
• Union Station – 1000 W Broadway, Louisville KY
• 29th Street Facility –
• 2901 Customer Service Building, Louisville, KY
• 2903 Bus Barn, Louisville, Ky
• 2905 Maintenance Building, Louisville, KY
• 925 Facility – 925 W Broadway, Louisville KY
Union Station and the 29th Street Facility currently operate legacy IP-based surveillance systems which have reached end-of-life and will be removed and replaced under this project. The 925 Facility does not currently have a system in place.
The purpose of this project is to deter theft and vandalism, reduce liability, and enhance overall safety and security for TARC staff, customers, facilities, and fleet assets.
TARC seeks and intends to award a Fixed-Price contract for a term of 4 Year with an option to exercise an annual three (2) year terms for a total of 10 Year to the highly qualified professional firm(s) and best value proposal.
