RFP-EXTERIOR PAINTING FOR THOMAS COUNTY HISTORICAL COURTHOUSE

Thomas County Board of Commissioners is requesting proposals for a qualified Painting contractor to provide the necessary cleaning, preparation and painting the exterior of the Historical Courthouse located at 116 W Jefferson Street, Thomasville, GA 31792. Sealed bids will be received until 2:00, Friday, April 11, 2025, Thomas County Board of Commissioners, 116 West Jefferson Street, 2nd Floor, Room #215, Thomasville, GA 31792, or mailed to P.O. Box 920 Thomasville, GA. 31799, each bid must be submitted in a sealed envelope addressed to Nisha Thurman, Purchasing and marked as follows: Proposal for ¿Exterior Painting of Historical Courthouse¿. Bids received after this time will not be considered. The Bid documents can be requested by emailing Nisha Thurman at Nisha.thurman@thomascountyga.gov or from the Thomas County Board of Commissioners website, thomascountyboc.org. There will be a MANDATORY Pre-Bid Conference Friday, March 28, 2025, at 2:00 p.m. at Thomas County Board of Commissioners Office, 2nd Floor Room 215, 116 W Jefferson Street, Thomasville, GA 31792. The Pre-Bid Conference is mandatory for anyone that will be submitting a bid.
