RFP 167953 - Exhibition Lighting Upgrades - Fosdick-Nelson & Turner Galleries

This Request for Proposal (RFP) is issued by the New York State College of Ceramics at Alfred
University (herein after referred to as “NYSCC”) to solicit proposals for the design and installation of new gallery lighting systems in our Fosdick Nelson and Turner Galleries in the Harder Hall building on our campus.

The results of this RFP will be used to award a contract, to the Bidder determined to be most
qualified and providing the proposal that is of the best value to the University.

The Optional Pre-Bid Job-Walk is scheduled for Friday, April 4, 2025 at 9AM at Harder Hall Lobby, 286 State Street, Alfred, NY 14802 Bidders must register for the event by sending an email to the primary contact no later than 04/02/2025 by 04:00 PM. Bidders are required to attend in person. Each interested bidder is required to limit the number of representatives attending the Pre-Bid Site Visit to no more than three people.

Proposals will only be accepted through the Bidnet Platform. Email, fax, or hard copy bids will not be accepted.
