RFP# 92272 - Events and Temporary Staffing Services

This RFP is designated as a Small Business Reserve procurement for which award will be limited to Certified Small Business (CSB) Offerors. Only Offerors that meet the statutory requirements set forth in State Finance and Procurement Article Subsections 14-501 – 14-505, Annotated Code of Maryland, and that are certified by the State of Maryland as a CSB are eligible for award of a contract. Offerors must hold a current CSB certification and submit proof of such certification in order to be eligible to receive the award. Additional information is provided in Appendix R.

All questions and inquiries regarding Solicitation 92272 must be directed to the Issuing Office, lisa.dillard@umgc.edu and eric.pfister@umgc.edu , no later than 11:00 AM ET on March 2, 2026. Answers will be addressed in an addendum, and will be sent to all other Offerors, but without identification of the Inquirer. Prospective Offerors are encouraged to review the entire RFP document prior to submitting questions, and for efficiency, may submit up to ten (10) questions regarding this RFP.
