Carroll County Government (the County), through the Department of Citizens Services (CCDSC) and the Local Management Board (LMB) for Children, Youth, and Families, is issuing this Request for Proposal (RFP) to solicit bids from experienced and qualified vendors who can provide a Suicide Intervention and Prevention Services Program (SIPS) to serve youth ages 4 – 18 years of age and their parents residing in Carroll County.
