RFP ERO DO #60-F-1-24/25 - REAL ESTATE BROKERAGE SERVICES
Carroll County Government intends to enter a written agreement for Real Estate Brokerage Services to assist with Marketing, Selling, Conveying, and Transfer of several Residential Single Family Dwelling units and Raw Land. County must review and approve Broker’s “Exclusive right to sell Brokerage Agreement and Exclusive right to sell unimproved Land Brokerage Agreement” along with all required Federal and Local Disclosures and Addendums. Broker/Agent must be within a 25 mile radius of Carroll County. No virtual meetings or virtual site visits will be permitted.
