RFP ERO DO #15-F-1-24/25 - Investment Consultant Professional Services

The Commissioners of Carroll County (hereinafter the “County”) wish to receive detailed Technical and Cost Proposals for Investment Consultant Professional Services outlined in the Scope of Services Requested contained herein. The County is seeking a qualified individual or firm of demonstrated professional competence and experience to provide investment advisory services for the county’s four investment plans. The investment advisory services sought by the Plans are for the Carroll County Pension Plan Trust and the Carroll County Public Safety Pension Plan Trust (the “DB Plans”), Carroll County Maryland Volunteer Firemen’s Length of Service Award Program (“the LOSAP”), Carroll County Master Retiree Benefit Trust (the “Retiree Trust”). The DB Plans, the LOSAP and the Retiree Trust will be referred to as the “Plans.” And further described below. Only one (1) firm will be selected for all four (4) bodies of work.
