RFP ERO DO #49-F-1-22/23 - FY23 Maryland Network Infrastructure Grant

Carroll County Government is interested in partnering with an Internet Service Provider for Maryland’s Department of Housing and Community Development’s Office of Statewide Broadband’s FY 23 Network Infrastructure Grant Program. This grant is funded through the State’s Federal Coronavirus Capital Projects Fund Coronavirus Capital Project Fund to assist in expansion of broadband into unserved areas throughout Maryland. The Capital Projects Funds is budgeted through the American Rescue Plan Act and all funded projects must comply with ARPA requirements and rules as detailed by the US Treasury.
