RFP ERO DO #26-F-2-25/26 - Family Preservation Services

Carroll County Government (the “County”), through the Department of Citizens Services (“CCDSC”) and the Local Management Board (“LMB”) for Children, Youth, and Families, is issuing this Request for Proposal (“RFP”) to solicit bids from experienced and qualified vendors who can provide an Interagency Family Preservation Services (“IFPS”) program to assist families with children 0-18 years of age with the services necessary to prevent out-of-home placement or assist families with children transitioning home from out-of-home placement.
