RFP ERO DO #55-F-4-25/26 - Engineering Design and Permitting Services for the Reconstruction of Piney Run Dam

The Carroll County Department of Planning and Land Management (“County”) is seeking a qualified engineering consulting firm (“Consultant”) to provide engineering design and permitting services for the rehabilitation of Piney Run Dam, Maryland Dam No. 139 (National Inventory of Dams MD00139) located in Piney Run Park in Sykesville, Maryland. Work will include engineering design of the rehabilitation measures for the dam and its appurtenant features, erosion and sediment control, maintenance of stream flow, stormwater management, environmental permitting, and all associated analysis and plans/specifications/estimate production. One Consultant will be selected to perform the services described in this Request for Proposal.
