RFP ERO DO #26-F-1-25/26 - Coordinated Community Supports Services for Carroll County Public Schools

Carroll County Government (the “County”), through the Department of Citizens Services (“CCDCS”) and the Local Management Board (“LMB”) for Children, Youth, and Families, is issuing this Request for Proposals (“RFP”) to solicit applications from qualified behavioral health and human services providers (“Provider(s”)). The purpose of this RFP is to identify organizations to provide Coordinated Community Supports to Carroll County Public School students and families. Services may be provided: On school grounds In the home Or at an alternate approved location This RFP is part of the Maryland Consortium on Coordinated Community Supports, which is administered by the Maryland Community Health Resources Commission ("MCHRC"). The Consortium is developing a statewide framework to expand access to behavioral health and wraparound services for Maryland children and youth who attend public schools. The County LMB will prioritize programs based on the priority service categories and the evaluation criteria in this RFP and recommend funding to the MCHRC based on proposals received. Award of contracts is subject to the approval and availability of MCHRC funds for FY27 and approval by the Carroll County Board of Commissioners.
