The City of Rockville, Maryland is requesting proposals from qualified firms for the modernization of the City's Enterprise Asset Management (“EAM”) and Customer Relationship Management ("CRM") systems and processes, to not only replace the City's current technology, but to provide a holistic, transformative solution to help the City of Rockville provide worldclass asset management/work order services and customer relationship management services.
