RFP - Engineering Plan Review Services 2026

Proposal Documents Due: 2:00:00 p.m. local time, Friday, May 22, 2026. Clean Water Services (District) invites qualified firms or individuals to submit proposals to
provide engineering plan review services. Interested Consultants must submit proposals electronically to Connie Wilson, Procurement
Specialist, via Equity Hub’s Bid Locker at https://bidlocker.us/details/5701 (Bid Locker) until 2:00:00 p.m., local time on Friday, May 22, 2026. Before Consultants can submit their proposal, they will need to register with Bid Locker at https://bidlocker.us/Home/bidlockerus. There is no cost to register. Any proposals received after the specified time will not be considered. District will not accept proposals by facsimile or email. Proposals will not be opened publicly and read aloud.

It is the consultant’s responsibility to refer daily to Bid Locker website to check for any available amendments or addenda, responses to inquiries or questions, cancellations, or notices of intent to award, and any and all information regarding this opportunity. Consultants need not be licensed under ORS 468A.720 (regarding licensing of contractors on projects involving asbestos abatement).

District may reject any proposal not in compliance with all prescribed procedures and requirements, and may cancel the solicitation or reject, for good cause, any or all proposals upon a finding that it is in the public interest to do so.
