SolicitationDescription:

TexanaCenter is soliciting statements of qualifications from qualified vendors toprovide a comprehensive employment recruitment services to support the hiringneeds of our organization. The purpose of this RFQ is to identify vendors withdemonstrated experience, capacity, and expertise in sourcing, screening, andsupporting the placement of qualified candidates across a range ofprofessional, clinical roles.

Scopeof work and qualification requirements to include :

· Strategicrecruitment planning and consultation

· Candidatesourcing for specialized and hard-to-fill positions

· Screening,pre-qualification, and referral of prospective candidates

· Marketingand outreach to attract diverse and qualified applicant pools

· Supportwith scheduling interviews and coordinating candidate communication

· Recruitmentdata reporting, metrics tracking, and performance evaluation

Vendorsmay propose additional relevant services as part of this RFQ.

SelectionProcess

Theorganization will review the submissions and select the most qualified companybased on experience, qualifications, pricing and overall approach.
