The Nantucket Islands Land Bank (“Land Bank”), the awarding authority, through its Commission, is requesting proposals from qualified contractors for the design, prefabrication, site assembly/installation, and all services required to complete and install a new modular Employee Housing duplex. The work includes fabrication, set-up, and transport of a new modular residential duplex structure and ancillary spaces, and all other labor and materials for complete installation of the building on the satellite maintenance campus of the Land Bank at 166 Hummock Pond Road.

Sealed proposals will be accepted at the Land Bank Office located at 22 Broad Street, Nantucket, MA 02554 up until the deadline at 4pm EST on October 22, 2025.
