RFP #25251019 Eminent Domain Appraisal Review Services for Safer Seward Hwy MP 98.5-118

The State of Alaska Department of Transportation and Public Facilities, Right of Way Section is soliciting for a professional Right-of-Way (ROW) Review Appraiser to provide services for the purposes of eminent domain-related transactions for the Safer Seward Hwy MP 98.5-118 Project.

A complete description of services is contained in the RFP Package.  Estimated period for performance of the Agreement is approximately January 2025 through December2027.  Cost of these professional services is expected to be less than $50,000.

The Request for Proposals (RFP) Package will be available DECEMBER 17, 2024 , and may be downloaded from our web site at: https://dot.alaska.gov/procurement/awp/awp-rfp-cal.cfm , select Northern Region and unclick the “Over $200,000” amount box. Or the RFP may be obtained in person from the DOT&PF plans room at the Engineering Services Building, Room 3, 2301 Peger Road, Fairbanks, Alaska.  Persons residing outside the City of Fairbanks may obtain an RFP Package through the mail by telephoning (907) 451-2247 or TDD number 711 or 1-800-770-8973. (for Hearing Impaired, requires special equipment).  There is no charge for the RFP package.

FOLLOW INSTRUCTIONS IN THE RFP FOR SUBMITTING PROPOSALS: Proposals must conform to the RFP and be submitted with specified forms.  Submittals must be received at the address indicated on the RFP no later than JANUARY 8, 2025 , 4:00 p.m., prevailing time.

The proposals may be dropped off at our office.  A locked Drop Box is located at the outside entry of the Tech Services Building #3 (Contracts Building Main Parking Lot West Side Entrance).  Call or Text (907) 799-5632 when you place documents in the Drop Box and we will retrieve and timestamp your documents.
