Project Description: INTRODUCTION: The Town of Palm Beach, Florida (“the Town”) hereby invites proposals from qualified firms to provide experienced catering services. Firms interested in assisting the Town will be responsible for providing meals (breakfast, lunch, and dinner) for approximately 250 employees per day, working in different shifts, for several days or up to one to two weeks following a hurricane or other disaster.
The Town may utilize the award proposer(s) for the Town's upcoming social events.
SUBMISSION: The Town only accepts online submittal of proposals through Bonfire, the eProcurement platform linked to the Town website, promoting a greener footprint. No proposer may withdraw their proposals for a period of one hundred and eighty (180) days from the date set for the opening thereof.
PRE-PROPOSAL MEETING:
A "NON-MANDATORY" Pre-Proposal Meeting will be held on virtually via the Microsoft Teams meeting platform.
Date/Time are specified in the "Events" section.

Attendance is strongly encouraged as this will be the only forum to seek clarification directly from Project Manager and Town staff.
FEMA terms and conditions: This solicitation utilizes FEMA terms and conditions as Town will be requesting reimbursement from FEMA.
AWARD: Award shall be made to the Proposer(s) which offers the best value to the Town. The Town reserves the right to reject any and all proposals, to waive non-material irregularities or technicalities and to re-advertise for all or any part of this solicitation as deemed in its best interest. The Town shall be the sole judge of its best interest. Contract award will be for one year with four (4) options to renew, (1) one year each, for total of (5) five years contract. Town may decide to award to one or more vendors.
Town will allow other municipalities to utilize this contract if contractor agrees to extend same pricing, terms and conditions.
