Summary

The Monroe County School District (MCSD) is soliciting proposals from qualified vendors to provide comprehensive elevator and chair lift maintenance and repair services. This service is crucial for ensuring the safe and reliable operation of elevator equipment located in the district's schools. A list of the specific elevators and chair lifts to be covered under the awarded contract is included with this Request for Proposals as Attachment C. This Request for Proposals shall be awarded to one or more qualified contractors to establish a comprehensive service contract for elevator and chair lift equipment at MCSD facilities in the Upper, Middle and Lower Keys regions. Respondents may submit proposals covering any one or all geographic regions. The selected contractor(s) will be responsible for all aspects of elevator and chair lift service, including but not limited to preventative maintenance, annual inspection, reactive service & repair, as well as refurbishment and modification that may be required to maintain the equipment in good working order.

Monroe County School District is a public school district located in the Florida Keys. Sites to be included within the scope of this contract are located from Key Largo (MM 106) through Key West (MM 0).
