RFP# 25-0220, ELECTRICAL VEHICLE (EV) CHARGING STATION FOR VISION ELECTRIC BUSES (TRANSPORTATION)

The Clarke County School District (¿CCSD or District¿) is seeking proposals from qualified vendors to design, supply,
install, and maintain an ELECTRIC VEHICLE (EV) CHARGING STATION for Vision Electric buses for our Transportation
Department. Sealed proposals from qualified vendors will be received by the Clarke County School District in the
Office of Purchasing & Contracts, 595 Prince Avenue, Athens, Georgia, 30601, until 11:00 AM (EST) on FEBRUARY
20, 2025. Proposals shall be submitted via email.
A Mandatory Pre-Proposal Conference & Site Visits will be held for interested vendors at 9:00 AM (EST) on FEBRUARY
6, 2025. The conference will be held at the Transportation Department, located at 165 Paradise Boulevard. Athens,
Georgia 30607. Prior to the conference, vendors are encouraged to review the solicitation documentation to prepare
any questions. The conference may be recorded, and the recording will become part of the solicitation's
documentation. Any modifications resulting from this conference will be provided through a written addendum to the
solicitation.

contained in the Request for Proposals (¿RFP¿) shall not be changed or superseded except by written addenda from the
Purchasing Department, CCSD. The Purchasing Department is the only office authorized to change, modify, clarify, etc.,
the specifications, terms, and conditions of this RFP and any contract(s) awarded as a result of this RFP. Failure to
comply with the written requirements for this proposal may result in rejection of the proposal by the Clarke County
School District.
