RFP 20251917 ELECTRICAL AND CABLING CONTRACTOR SERVICES

Project Description: TARC has issued this Request for Proposal (RFP), a sealed bid solicitation, to obtain Bids from qualified Bidders to supply TARC Electrical and Cabling Contractor Services for use by the Information Technology Department for their needs of a variety of Data Network Cabling and related materials.
TARC seeks and intends to award a Fixed-Price contract for a term of 3 Years with an option to exercise an annual one (1) year term for a total of 2 Year to the highly qualified professional firm(s) and best value proposal.
TARC intends to award a multi-vendor multi-contract to a successful professional firm(s) that meets the minimum standards and requirements of TARC as indicated in this RFP.
Proposals should demonstrate a compelling, comprehensive and compassionate demand responsive service provided by a Contractor(s) to operate and manage TARC’s thriving paratransit and fixed route services.
