Description: The New York State Department of Transportation (NYSDOT), the owner and sponsor of Republic Airport, in conjunction with AvPorts LLC, the operator of Republic Airport, is seeking proposals from qualified vendors to supply two (2) New Electric Zero-Turn Mowers. AvPorts invites qualified vendors to submit proposals based on the details within this request. Copies of the RFP may be obtained by contacting Ms. Judi Zalewski at (631) 386-6109 or are available at the Airport, Monday through Friday between the hours of 8:30am and 5:00 pm. Sealed proposals must be received by, on, or before 4pm EST on March 3, 2025 at 7150 Republic Airport, Room 216, Farmingdale, NY 11735. Each vendor must provide three (3) copies of their proposal. Questions or clarification regarding technical specifications listed within this request for proposal must be sent in writing to Victor Cerami, Maintenance Manager by email to victor.cerami@dot.ny.gov no later than 4pm EST on February 14, 2025.
