Instructions to Proposer – General Terms & Conditions

E-Rate Program Administered by the Universal Service Administrative Co./ Proposal No. 25-272-02-19

Please read your specifications thoroughly and be sure that the offered complies with all requirements. Any variation from the specifications will not be allowed.  If you are the successful proposer, it will be required that “E-Rate Program Administered by the Universal Service Administrative Co.” be provided as specified.

Sealed proposals will be received for “E-Rate Program Administered by the Universal Service Administrative Co.” in accordance with the specifications attached hereto.

Summary of Service : The City of Mission is soliciting proposals for E-Rate Program Administered by the Universal Service Administrative Co. .

Proposal Submittal Deadline: Bid responses addressed to Mr. Edgar Chapa, Contracts Administrator, shall be delivered until Wednesday, February 19, 2025 at 2:00 p.m., Central Standard Time (CST ).  All responses are to be delivered to City of Mission Procurement Department, 1201 East 8 ^th Street, Mission, Texas 78572 , on or before the aforementioned date and time. Proposal responses shall be delivered in a sealed envelope and clearly marked as follows: RFP: 25-272-02-19 E-Rate Program Administered by the Universal Service Administrative Co. .   No Facsimiles or late arrivals will be accepted.  Any RFP received after that time will not be opened and will be returned.  Overnight mail must also be properly labeled on the outside of express envelope or package in reference to RFP.

Pre-Proposal Conference : A Pre-Proposal Conference will be conducted on Wednesday,January 29 ^th , 2025 at 11:00 am . The Pre-Bid Conference will be conducted at the Mission City Hall, Community Room, 1201 E. 8 ^th St., Mission, TX 78572. It is Highly Recommended that you attend in person or via zoom.

All prospective respondents are encouraged to be in attendance. All Proposers are recommended to attend and sign in.

Solicitation documents will not be mailed, e-mailed, or provided in person. Once registered, you will also be added to the solicitation distribution list for changes and/or additions via Addenda form.
