The City of Dunkirk is seeking proposals from qualified Administrative Consultants to provide services in conjunction with the Dunkirk Downtown Revitalization Initiative (DRI) Small Projects Fund.  Services to be provided including, but are not necessarily limited to:

  • Administrative services to assist in Building Renovation & Business Assistance project management and grant administration tasks for eligible projects in Dunkirk DRI target area.
  • Responsibilities will include development and placement of marketing materials, review projects for eligibility, work with property owners and architects to develop scopes of work, solicit contractor bids, review proposed project designs for compliance with design guidelines, prepare project commitment and environmental compliance paperwork, conduct inspections, ensure compliance with program requirements, submit payment reimbursement requests, etc.
  • Coordinate Architectural and Environmental Services

Deadline for Submission is January 6, 2025, at 4:00 PM.
