Division of Public Health Services
The New Hampshire Department of Health and Human Services, Division of Public Health Services (“Department”) is seeking responses to this Request for Proposals (“RFP” or “solicitation”) from qualified Vendors for a Facilitating Organization (FO) to provide coordination, support, training, and technical assistance for the network of Family Resource Centers (FRCs) statewide.
