RFP-2025-DMS-02-MTSCH: Medicaid to Schools Financing

Division of Medicaid Services

The New Hampshire Department of Health and Human Services, Division of Medicaid Services (“Department”), is seeking responses to this Request for Proposals (solicitation) from qualified, experienced Vendors to provide technical assistance and operational support to the Department in administration of the Medicaid School-Based Services program, locally known as ‘Medicaid to Schools,’ and lead the transition from an in-kind reimbursement model to a Certified Public Expenditure (CPE) model, including Medicaid administrative claiming.
