All proposals become the property of The City of St. George. The City reserves the right to reject any or all proposals and select proposals deemed to be in the entity's best interest. The City reserves the right to negotiate to determine the firm's or individual's choice to do the necessary work.

Project Description: The City of St. George is soliciting proposals for comprehensive exterior rehabilitation work at the Dixie Academy building.
The 100% performance – labor and materials bond will be required on this project.
The City of St. George reserves the right to reject any or all SUBMISSIONS or to waive any formality or technicality in any PROPOSAL in the interest of the city.
