RFP #20276: Disproportionate Share Hospitals (DSH) Audits

The Department of Health (Department) is announcing the release of Request for
Proposals (RFP) #20276: Disproportionate Share Hospital (DSH) Audits.

Through this RFP, the Department seeks to select a contractor to conduct
independent, certified audits of designated Medicaid State Plan (MSP) years of the
State Medicaid program that provide DSH payments to hospitals eligible for such
payments. In addition, the Department is seeking a contractor to provide
consulting services to the Department related to general DSH analysis and
alternative DSH distribution methodologies, in light of overarching future federal
DSH reductions.
