RFP-Disposition of Real Property-Lease

The Plymouth County Commissioners, acting on behalf of the County of Plymouth, are offering office space, of approximately 9,800 square feet, for lease located at 32 Belmont Street in Brockton, Massachusetts. All interested parties may attend a voluntary building walk through on Wednesday, October 21, 2026, at 11:00 AM at 32 Belmont Street, Brockton. The County of Plymouth will receive sealed proposals for the lease of office space described herein. The Request for Proposals (RFP) packets will be available on Wednesday, October 14, at noon on the county’s website at www.plymouthcountyma.gov or by requesting the RFP from Troy Clarkson, the County Administrator, at tclarkson@PlymouthCountyMA.gov or requesting the RFP in person at the County Commissioners’ Office at 44 Obery Street, Plymouth, MA 02360.

All proposals require a deposit in the form of a certified check or money order made payable to the County of Plymouth in the amount equal to ten percent (10%) of one year’s proposed lease price. All proposals must be in a sealed envelope or package and be submitted to the address above no later than 3:00 P.M. on Monday, November 16, 2026, to the address listed above. If the County offices are closed due to inclement weather, the bids will be due at 3:00 P.M. on the next day the office is open for business. All proposals must be complete and in compliance with the submission requirements outlined herein.

The County of Plymouth reserves the right to reject any and all proposals that do not meet the requirements set forth in the RFP or are not in the best interests of the County, such determination to be made in the sole discretion of the County Commissioners.
