Project Description: The Columbia County Board of Commissioners has issued this Request for Proposal for the sole purpose of obtaining responsive proposals from qualified Vendors to provide disaster mitigation services to acquire qualified personnel experienced with the Federal Emergency Management Agency’s (FEMA) Hazard Mitigation Assistance (HMA) Hazard Mitigation Grant Program (HMGP), to assist Columbia County with comprehensive management consulting services (MCS) with legacy disaster grants including, but not limited to, Hurricane Helene, as described in the Scope of Work (SOW).
