Description:	St. Clair County Transit District (SCCTD) is in the process of procuring and deploying four electric vans for use in transit operations. Operation of these vehicles will require charging at Belleville MetroLink station at 718 Scheel St, Belleville, IL. This RFP is a solicitation for construction services for a turnkey charging infrastructure solution. The construction solicitation, and construction project management will be performed by Bi-State Development (BSD). Upon completion of this Work, SCCTD will own and maintain the chargers.
