1879-25 RFP Design Services for Norris Elementary Roof Replacement Project

East Hartford Public Schools (EHPS) is seeking proposals from qualified and experienced design firms to provide design services for the construction phase of the Norris Elementary School roofing project. Note: this project is being constructed through the State Department of Education Office of School Construction Grants and Review Process, project #043-0253 RR. Key roof plans dated 10/06/2023 were completed by Friar Architecture for the purposes of securing the School COnstruction grant. These plans are included with the RFP package. Fixed price responses are being solicited for a "turn key" project consisting of all aspects of construction design to replace existing roofing system including producing the Project Manual and Construction Drawings. Firms are encouraged to attend a mandatory site visit at 10:00am on Thursday, February 6, 2025 at Norris Elementary School, 40 Remington Road, East Hartford, Ct. Firms will meet outside the front lobby top view existing conditions.
