RFP - Design Services Clark Bldg. 2nd Elevator

The Gloucester Housing Authority, through the Massachusetts Executive Office of Housing and Livable Communities (EOHLC) is seeking the services of a qualified “Designer” within the meaning of M.G.L. Chapter 7C, Section 44, to provide professional design and construction administration services for the installation of a new passenger elevator, an expanded elevator lobby and two stair lifts at the Curtis B. Clark building in the 667-06 development in Gloucester, Massachusetts. The project manager or person charged with handling this project must be an Architect registered in Massachusetts.

The construction cost is $1,900,000.00.

The Fee for Basic Services is $200,000.00.

A copy of the completed application must be submitted into the Designer Selection Network by 6/17/2026 at 2:00 p.m.
