RFP 22-053 Design of Police Lieutenant Assessment Exam 2023

The City of Elgin requests offers from independent companies for Police Department Promotional Testing Services to facilitate portions of the testing and interview process for promotion of Police Lieutenant. The consultant shall be an independent professional consultant. There is a possibility of approximately 10-20 candidates for the Police Lieutenant position. The design of the Assessment Center will cover assessing the performance of each candidate. The vendor / consultant will work with the Chief of Police to design an assessment center based on core exercises.
