Description
This is an invitation to submit a bid to Dawson County for design-build services for a new Rock Creek Park gymnasium.

There will be a mandatory pre-proposal conference at 10:30 a.m., March 17, 2025, at, 25 Justice Way, Suite 2322, Dawsonville, Georgia 30534. A site visit on your own is strongly suggested. All questions/comments that may arise from this invitation must be submitted in writing and emailed to the Purchasing Manager at mhawk@dawsoncountyga.gov no later than March 21, 2025, at 1:00 p.m. All questions and answers will be posted to the County website and the Georgia Procurement Registry no later than March 26, 2025, at 1:00 p.m.
