Description
Project Description: The Department of Children Initiatives (DCI), on behalf of Allegheny County, is seeking to create additional Allegheny County-based child care slots for children 0-12 years old. Through this RFP, DCI intends to increase the number of child care slots in Allegheny County by identifying and funding proposals that expand regulated child care availability in unserved or underserved communities.
