RFP - Demand Brush Clearing - Northern Saskatchewan

This Request for Proposals (the “RFP”) is an invitation by SaskTel to prospective Suppliers to submit proposals for demand-based brush clearing in Northern Saskatchewan as further described below (the “Deliverables”):

MANDATORY REQUIREMENT: COR/SECOR CERTIFICATION OR DETAILED SAFETY PLAN

The Work shall include, without limitation, the cutting, clearing, and laying flat of trees, brush, and other vegetation as necessary to facilitate access for SaskTel and its contractors for the construction of outside plant facilities within highway rights-of-way in Northern Saskatchewan.

The Initial Scope of Work consists of brush clearing requirements from the SaskTel tower site located in La Loche, Saskatchewan, continuing North along SK HWY 955 approximately 160 km. This Contract may also be used by SaskTel, on a demand basis, to obtain additional brush clearing services in support of other SaskTel projects and initiatives.

Expected Start: ASAP post-award

Substantial Start: No later than September 15, 2026

Contract Term: 8 months with 1 option year
