Department of Citywide Administration Services is seeking a single contractor approved by the New York State Department of Motor Vehicles (“DMV”) pursuant to Part 138 of the DMV’s Commissioner Regulations (“CR138”), as a Sponsoring Agency to provide online and in-person DMV-approved motor vehicle collision prevention courses to New York City employees and employees of other entities seeking this training through DCAS.
