RFP: DEC2024_GRANTS

Roosevelt Island Operating Corporation (RIOC) is a New York State Public Benefit Corporation. RIOC seeks a grant consultant who can work on multiple proposals, performs grant writing and research from a variety of funders, manages grant compliance and often simultaneously, over a twelve -month period.

The individual(s) or firm must have staff that are strong multitaskers, understand the key elements for developing city, state, federal and private grant proposals with a track record of winning grants funds.

Individuals and firms should be able to deliver up to 10 fully developed grant proposals, focusing on key areas such as sustainability initiatives aligned with Executive Order 22; youth center programs and public engagement efforts; electric vehicle investments and infrastructure; steam plant and tunnel improvements; roadway rehabilitation; aerial tram modernization; and Helix and Flat Plaza repairs.

Neither the submission of a response to this Request for Proposal (“RFP”) by any entity nor the acceptance of such response by RIOC will obligate RIOC in any manner whatsoever. RIOC reserves the right to accept or reject any or all proposals received in response to this RFP. Legal obligations will only arise upon execution of a formal agreement by RIOC and the Respondent(s) selected by RIOC.
