RFP #23-25 - DCSS Chatbot/Texting Solution
Contractor to provide a chatbot software solution to be integrated into the San Joaquin County Department of Child Support Services (SJC DCSS) website, to provide responses to site visitors via instant messaging. The live chat feature will assist in providing real-time responses to customer inquiries. The contractor is to also provide a texting platform that can be used to communicate with Department participants. This will provide another avenue of communication for participants and SJC DCSS to pose and address questions, send appointment reminders, exchange updated case information, and share community resources. Both software solutions will not interface with the Child Support Enforcement system, where participant data is housed.
