Division for Behavioral Health
The State of New Hampshire, Department of Health and Human Services, Division for Behavioral Health in conjunction with the Division for Children, Youth and Families (hereinafter “Department” or “State”) is seeking a Vendor to provide a platform/software solution that collects, stores and manages data related to the NH Child and Adolescent Needs and Strengths Tool and Adult Needs and Strengths Tool (CANS/ANSA) assessments and Department-contracted providers’ CANS/ANSA Assessor certifications issued by the Praed Foundation, that also provides longevity reporting regarding data of the needs and strengths over time.
