Division for Behavioral Health

The New Hampshire Department of Health and Human Services, Division for Behavioral Health (“Department”) is seeking responses to this Request for Proposals ("Solicitation" or "RFP") from qualified Vendors to provide industry standard, structured, interactive, skill-building, and educational Prevention Direct Services. Prevention Direct Services are designed to educate and support youth and young adults, ages 12 through 21, and to prevent the initiation, progression, and adverse consequences associated with substance misuse, including the use of alcohol, other drugs, tobacco, and vaping products (“substances”), within the State of New Hampshire.

Qualified Vendors must be physically located in New Hampshire and have demonstrated experience providing substance misuse prevention services directly to individuals identified in Section 1.4.3.
