RFP 2025-1600-0336 DBH - Home Visitor's Alliance

The Department of Health, Division of Public Health, is soliciting proposals to facilitate the statewide implementation of the Home Visitor’s Alliance (HVA) for early childhood home-visiting professionals. The primary focus is establishing and maintaining a coalition to facilitate essential components such as professional development, family engagement, program planning, and staff recruitment and training. The HVA must be connected to a statewide coordinated intake and referral service (CIRS) to ensure a referral pathway for all families eligible for home visiting services in their communities.
