RFP-2027-DBH-21-GETTI: Getting to Y

The New Hampshire Department of Health and Human Services, Division for Behavioral Health (Department), is seeking responses to this Request for Proposals ("RFP" or "solicitation") from qualified Vendors to administer and implement the Getting to Y (GTY), research-informed substance misuse prevention program at an approximate total of 25 middle and high schools statewide per State Fiscal Year (SFY), by subcontracting with the NH Regional Public Health Networks (RPHNs) to work directly with adult advisors to analyze their schools’ Youth Risk Behavior Survey (YRBS) data. GTY engages and empowers students to identify school-specific behavioral risks and take the lead to bring about meaningful solutions by addressing behavioral health challenges within their schools and communities.
The Department anticipates awarding one (1) contract for the services in this solicitation.
