The Department of Health, Division of Behavioral Health, is soliciting proposals for a service provider to create a comprehensive training program that meets the entry-level certification requirements by the Alaska Commission on Behavioral Health Certification (ACBHC) for Chemical Dependency Counselors (CDC) and Technicians (CT).
